1 1/2 Front Squats (5 Rounds for reps)
<p>5 sets x 3 reps of 1 1/2 front squats.</p>
<p>We should be getting heavier than we were in the pause front squats from two weeks ago.</p><p> </p><p>If you have ankle, knee, or hip issues, you will do pause front squats instead of these 1 1/2 front squats.</p>
